Use of Our Platform

By using our website or services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This includes browsing, creating an account, booking a session, accessing educational materials, or using any of our distribution or promotional tools.

Session Bookings

• A minimum of 24 hours advance booking is required for any session.
• Do not select or request a session within the next 24 hours from the time of booking.
• The amount paid for a session is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Each session includes 30 minutes of consultation time for ₹199.
• If your session exceeds the initial 30 minutes, an additional ₹199 will be charged for every extra 30-minute slot.
• Your remaining balance details and payment instructions will be sent to your registered email after the session ends.
• You can request rescheduling of your session by email up to 2 hours before your session time.
• If you fail to attend your booked session and it is not rescheduled by us, it will be considered your responsibility, not ours, and no refund will be provided.

Payment Policy

• All payments must be made through the accepted methods mentioned on our platform (UPI).
• Once payment is completed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded unless required by applicable law.
• For over-time or extended session usage, additional charges will be communicated transparently before finalizing the amount.
• In case of technical errors during payment, users are required to contact our support team within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All content available on Distribution Blueprint — including videos, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Distribution Blueprint or its licensors. You agree to:

• Use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform’s content without prior written permission.
• Not share paid materials or confidential resources with unauthorized users.
• Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

Testimonials and Recordings

We may request artists or users to provide testimonials, feedback, or short videos about their experience with Distribution Blueprint. By submitting such content, you grant us non-exclusive rights to use it on our website, YouTube channel, and promotional materials unless you explicitly opt out by notifying us in writing.

User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and updated information when creating an account or booking a session.
• You agree not to misuse the website, spam other users, or engage in any harmful or illegal activity.
• Any unauthorized attempt to hack, copy, or disrupt the website or its content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Donations

Donations made through the platform are voluntary and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution supports the growth and continued development of the platform, its educational content, and artist resources.

Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user’s specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability
